I know that this club generally gets good reviews but I've never had an especially good experience at the Coliseum at least when compared to some of the other Detroit metro clubs so I'd give it a mid-tier rating in the Detroit scene. Pros: The club is roomy inside with a long central stage and some side stages which are used only when the place is packed. They typically have two or more dancers performing at any given time.
The rooms are old and unkept, the surrounding area is very shady, and worst of all, this Inn shares the same building as a Strip Club called "Pinky's Show Palace". The hotel fails to mention this on Expedia or any other booking sites. The blanket in my room was stained and there is security in front of the elevators due to all the shady people entering the Inn from the strip club.
